To ensure that the privacy and rights of those we serve are maintained, patient-related inquiries must also go through Public Information staff.

Introduction

Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is a multi-faceted health organization serving the 2.4 million residents of Riverside County

Embracing a comprehensive and integrated approach to care, RUHS houses four agencies that serve as a safety net for the care and well-being of individuals.

Community Health Centers offer a range of primary and specialty healthcare services by dedicated professionals, along with Express Care and RUHS Mobile Health Clinics that visit Riverside County's rural and urban communities.

RUHS Behavioral Health provides mental health and substance use services, a robust crisis system and the services of the Public Guardian's Office. Those in need of 24/7 access to support and resources are urged to call the CARES line (Community Access, Evaluation and Support) line at 800.499.3008.

RUHS Medical Center is a 439-bed teaching hospital and research hub with a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Riverside County.

RUHS Public Health promotes and protects the health of all Riverside County residents and visitors in service of the well-being of the community.
