California AB 1392
A California law that aims to increase diversity in healthcare supply chains. AB 1392 expands the existing Hospital Supplier Diversity Program administered by the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).
To be eligible per AB 1392, your California business must be majority-owned (>51%) by one of the following categories:
