Welcome to the Riverside University Health System Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program. It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you to our inaugural residency class. As founding residents, you are helping to establish a program that will shape the future of women's healthcare in our region and beyond. Our mission is to educate and inspire compassionate, clinically excellent, and culturally responsive obstetrician-gynecologists who are dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of women, families, and communities. The faculty, program leadership, and institutional administration are deeply committed to fostering a supportive learning environment that prioritizes patient safety, resident well-being, lifelong learning, and professional growth. We are invested in your success and honored to partner with you throughout your residency journey. As you embark on this exciting chapter, know that you are joining a community that values collaboration, curiosity, resilience, and service. We look forward to working alongside you as you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become exceptional physicians and future leaders in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Welcome to RUHS.
