Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Drop-In Centers are safe, welcoming spaces for young adults, aged 16 to 25, facing challenges with mental health or substance use, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, or who have been in the foster care system.

TAY Centers are LGBTQ+ friendly and offer resources, support, services, and a place to gather with peers. Services are for individuals and families. Let us be part of your journey to wellness and recovery.
