STI Testing

All persons age 12 years and older are eligible for confidential STI testing. Children under the age of 12 must have parental consent. The visit will include an examination based on your symptoms. You may or may not need a pelvic exam and pap smear depending on the situation.  Most STI's can be diagnosed in the laboratory by testing a urine specimen or blood specimen. You will be given medication to treat the STI and counseled on how to protect you and your partner(s) in the future.
