Family Planning Exams

Program

Basic contraceptive services include physical exams, laboratory testing (including pap smear), information, education, counseling, referral, pregnancy testing, birth control methods, and counseling.

Eligibility/Fees

Family P.A.C.T. (Planning Access Care Treatment) State-only provider. Medi-Cal and private insurance are accepted. Non-Medi-Cal clients are financially screened for eligibility for State Family P.A.C.T./Federal family planning funding, whereby client fees are based on a sliding fee schedule according to income and family size. No parental consent required.
