Juan leads the Climate Justice Program at RUHS Public Health. With more than 10 years of experience in public health and a master’s degree from CSU San Bernardino, he is passionate about working with communities to tackle climate challenges and build healthier, more resilient neighborhoods.

Senior Urban Planner
Miguel brings over 20 years of experience in planning and community development. He works to connect public health and planning to address environmental and social challenges, always centering community health and equity.
Dorothy Delphin

Program Coordinator II, Climate Justice Program
Dorothy supports community engagement, logistics, and coordination for the Climate Justice team. She helps ensure that community voices are heard and reflected in every part of the program’s work.
Wendy Dimas

CivicSpark Climate Fellow
Wendy Dimas serves as a Climate Fellow with the Climate Justice Program through CivicWell’s CivicSpark AmeriCorps program. She supports climate vulnerability assessments, data analysis, and community outreach focused on building local climate resilience and equity.
