Our facility brings together a full range of services, including primary care, behavioral health, perinatal care, and pediatric care, all in one convenient location. The center houses a Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) office and our multilingual teams are ready to serve patients of all backgrounds. 

Most patients are covered through Medi-Cal managed care plans like IEHP and Molina, and we offer income-based discounts for those without insurance. With a strong commitment to quality and compassionate care, we are here to support your health every step of the way.
