As educators in Emergency Medicine, we believe an array of educational methods must be incorporated into our program’s curriculum as it is vital to the success of our residents.  Our program prides itself in being able to adapt to the ever-changing world of medicine.  We strive to exceed the “needs” of our residents by enriching their lives not only with the tools to be a great ER physician, but for everyday life experiences. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance, being held accountable, possessing a strong work ethic, and providing authentic professionalism are some of the key qualities that will prepare our residents for a lifetime of personal growth and flourishment.
