Primary Care
All our Community Health Centers (CHCs) provide Primary Care services which includes:
- Cancer screenings
- Diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses including the flu, colds, diabetes, etc.
- Examinations
- Laboratory services
- Immunizations
- Prescriptions for acute and chronic illnesses
- Women’s health services, including
- Breast exam
- Pap and pelvic exam
Referrals
If a problem cannot be resolved at a CHC, your doctor may make a referral to a hospital or specialist.
Fees
Our CHCs offer care for those without health insurance. We provide care on a sliding fee scale, based on ability to pay. Our staff will assist you in determining which programs are available to help pay for the services you need.
