IRB Meeting Dates & Deadlines
The full Board meets the third Thursday of every month when there are studies requiring full Board review. Submission deadlines fall two weeks before each meeting.
Upcoming Meetings
Only studies that are greater than minimal risk go to the full Board. Expedited and minimal-risk reviews are handled on a rolling basis and do not need to wait for a meeting date.

How the Schedule Works
A few things to keep in mind when planning your submission.
Third Thursday, every month
The convened IRB meets the third Thursday of each month when full Board review is needed.
Submit two weeks ahead
Complete packets are due 14 days before the meeting so reviewers have time to prepare.
Expedited doesn't wait
Minimal-risk and expedited submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis, independent of the meeting calendar.
