Internship Information
- Provide all requested university information. Do not submit your application without this information.
- Indicate your first and second choice of populations (the type of people) you would like to work with.
Language Ability
- Indicate whether you speak a second language, including American Sign Language, and specify which additional language(s) you speak.
Questions
- Use the designated areas to answer the questions. Please do not attach additional pages to your application; you may send them separately to [email protected].
Regarding question #5: We recognize that it can still feel vulnerable to talk about a history of mental health treatment. This information will not be shared with prospective field sites without your permission.
