Birth and Death Certificates for General Public

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays

Permits for the disposition of human remains for mortuaries and general public

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Must have a certified copy of the death certificate or the original transit permit.
