Family Planning Exams
All our Community Health Centers (CHCs) provide basic contraceptive services including:
- Birth control
- Counseling
- Information/education
- Laboratory testing
- Pap smear
- Physical exams
- Pregnancy tests
- Referrals
Fees & Eligibility
Our CHCs are a California Family PACT (Planning Access Care Treatment) Provider. see if you’re eligible here)
We also accept Medi-Cal and private insurance. Non-Medi-Cal clients are automatically screened to see if they are eligible for PACT funding.
Client fees are based on a sliding fee schedule according to income and family size.
Parental consent is not required to receive services.
