Comparative Effectiveness and Clinical Outcomes Research Center (CECORC)
Dr. Brenner is a Professor of Surgery at University of California, Riverside who came to RUHS in 2018 from the University of Maryland. She completed her Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Shock Trauma and her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Maryland. Her research interests include trauma resuscitation, vascular trauma, and endovascular simulation training.
She is currently the site PI for several ongoing multi-institutional studies, has been previously awarded over 2 million dollars in grant funding from the Department of Defense. She is a managing Co-Editor of the Journal of Endovascular Trauma Management, and has published over 100 peer reviewed articles, nearly 40 of those during her time at RUHS.
