Who is eligible for CHDP services?

• Medi-Cal recipients from birth to age 21, who are not members of IEHP or Molina Health plans
• Non-Medi-Cal eligible children and youth from birth to age 19, whose family income is equal to or less than 266 percent of the federal poverty level
