What is the campaign?

The County of Riverside Employee Giving Campaign (EGC) consists of donations pledged by all employees during September 20-December 31, through payroll deductions managed by the United Way. Last year Riverside County employees gave over $717,000!

What is the Medical Center’s role?

Medical Center staff can participate in the campaign! Last year 26 Medical Center staff gave $16,100 to various causes.

What is the RUHS Foundation’s role in the EGC?

We are a “Federation,” meaning that we can be selected as a charity of choice. See where your funds go by visiting www.RUHealth.org/Foundation! 

How does United Way fit in?

The United Way manages the campaign, managing the logistics of payroll deduction. Employees can choose to select UW as a charity of choice as well.
